I’m very open minded about anything alternative so always happy to give most things a go. So when the offer of a soul plan reading came up I thought why not, never heard of it and it sounds interesting.

So, I provided my full birth name (with resistance I might add as I’ve always had an issue with my middle name). A diagram was sent to me and then the skype session was set up. I was quite excited although I wasnt sure what to expect. My Soul Planner was Peter, partner of a friend of mine. I’ve met him a few times but he didn’t know me well enough to get a head start or pull the wool over my eyes so I felt confident that the reading would be genuine, accurate or not.

Peter came on line with his head set, raring to go, making me think of a male Madonna. I opened the plan that he had sent me and over the space of an hour he went through all aspects of it. I wont go into detail but he nailed me totally. I’m not talking ‘you have an uncle george who has passed’ when everyone has an uncle george who has gone to wherever you believe we go. I’m talking very specific things that neither Peter nor even his partner would know. I was really surprised how accurate all the things he was telling me were. I dont know how it works but it does.

Soul planning is about discovering your life’s purpose and challenges. It helps you get to know yourself more and how you can use this information to improve aspects of your life.

My reading confirmed and highlighted many things to me which I will certainly use going forward. I seriously would highly recommend a reading for anyone, especially with Peter. Peter is a lovely warm man who reminds me of Graham Norton. He actually completes the soul plan reading with his delivery and wit and makes the whole experience, as well as useful, very
entertaining. In fact if anyone reading this is in television then he should have his own chat show. This boy knows his onions and throughout the session I fired questions at him and received a generous flow of answers. A few days later I received the reading in full for my future perusal.

I sat on my bed at the end of the session when Peter signed off on a high which I certainly wasnt expecting. Book a session with him. He’ll be at our event on the 24th March and I believe is happy to do readings then, its really not to be missed.

Having had a very enjoyable and successful career based around science and consultancy in the Environmental Protection industry, I always had the feeling that some part of my life was still to be discovered. I’ve been following the “Saturn Death Cult” interview which Henrik Palmgren did with researcher Troy McLachlan in the last couple of weeks.

Fascinating that when ancient mythology was written, the sky looked much different to now.  Was Saturn above the Earth’s North Pole, giving different light to our planet to what we have now?  The lost “Golden Age” and “The Fall of Mankind” also discussed, plus much more. This is different to anything I’ve previously come across. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

I’m reading a new book. A number of the group have already read it. It is a channelled book, by Julie Soskin. From Teddington, she channelled the information from 1990 onwards, and published this, her first book, in 1994.

It is about the coming changes, how it is also effecting the greater universe, not just Earth, and other world’s beings are watching what will happen on Earth, as it is so important for them too.

It tells that even very awake people can’t always help everyone in their life, and you have to let go of that notion. Not everyone will listen to the “2012/Ascension” message. All is as it’s meant to be.

So I’m reading this book. Only about 4 chapters in but there have been a few key observations, learnings, that I’d like to share. I’ll do this as I go along (as long as the book continues to be pleasing of course).

This book is written by Gill Edwards, a clinical psychologist. She defines conscious energy as an approach to healthcare that recognises the primacy of consciousness in health, and sees the bodymind as an integrated energy system that is inseparable from the universal energy field (or zero point energy). In order to heal symptoms and disease, conscious medicine addresses energy-consciousness – releasing blockages or limitations, shifting negative beliefs, resolving inner conflicts, discharging past traumas or helping energy flow more freely. The tool might be acupuncture, homoeopathy, kinesiology, energy psychology, flower essences, shamanism, energy medicine or a host of other psycho-energetic approaches.

My first observation is that we should treat the root cause and the person rather than the disease. For example, you see a doctor, he diagnoses depression, he prescribes medicine for the depression instead treating the person.

Second observation, which is the interesting one, is referred to in the book as The Partical Response. Whenever we feel stressed or under threat, our brain fires off danger signals which are designed to deal with emergency situations. Various hormones like adrenaline are released into our system preparing us for fight or flight. We are ready for action. Due to this, our body shuts down our immune system and our digestive system as, in this situation, the last thing you want to do is sit there munching on a bun and the scratch you have on your knee doesn’t need immediate attention. You are effectively fighting for your life, which takes precedence.

So, what does this mean. To me its says if you are stressed your body concentrates on that and not the important things. If you are ill you need to chill, meditate and not be in the ‘dangerzone’ then your body will concentrate on healing itself and not getting ready to fight some imaginary enemy.
